Ingredients

    • 1 cup Curd (thick)
    • 1 tsp Haldi
    • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala
    • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (crushed )
    • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
    • 2 tsp Ginger - Garlic paste
    • 0.5 tsp Ajwain
    • 4 tsp Besan (dry roasted)
    • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • Salt to taste
    • 5 tsp Oil(Sarso ka halka sa garam)
    • 1 Shimla Mirch cubes (red+green)
    • 1 Onion large peace
    • Paneer 10 cube large
