Ingredients

    • 1.5 cup sabut Urad Dal
    • 0.5 cup Rajma
    • Water for soaking
    • 6 cups Water (for pressure cooking)cup
    • Salt to taste
    For Dal Makhani Recipe: Firstly make paste After saute
    • 2-4 tbsp ghee in pan
    • 2 tej patta
    • 2 elachi
    • 2 clove
    • 1 tsp jeera
    • 4 large tomatoes chopped
    • 1 onion chopped
    For Tadka:
    • 2 tsp Butter with 1 tsp Ghee
    • 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 2tsp Coriander Powder
    • Kasuri Methi
    • 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (or as per your spice level)
    • Salt to taste
    • Add paste (Tomato and online )
    • 2 cup water (or as required)
    • 4 tbsp fresh Cream (or as required)
    For Tempering:
    • 2 tbsp Ghee / clarified Butter
    • pinch Hing
    • 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
