Malai Kofta

Ingredients
- 3 large Potatoes boiled+ meshed
- 3/4 gms Paneer greated
- 50 gms Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped
- 1 Green Chilly chopped
- 2 tbsp Raisins and Cashew nuts
- Salt acc to taste
- 1/2 Jeera Powder
- Oil for fry Kofta
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Eachi
- 2 Clove
- 1 Chutki Dal Chinni
- 1 Onions choped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 Tomatoes choped
- 10 /12 grm Cashue nuts
- Oil for saute and grind into mixer
- 2 tsp Butter + 1tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1 tsp Kasturi Methi
- 1 Dhaniya
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Puree(Onion Tomato Cashew)
- 100 ml Cream
- Thoda Water
