Ingredients

    • 3 large Potatoes boiled+ meshed
    • 3/4 gms Paneer greated
    • 50 gms Cornflour
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped
    • 1 Green Chilly chopped
    • 2 tbsp Raisins and Cashew nuts
    • Salt acc to taste
    • 1/2 Jeera Powder
    • Oil for fry Kofta
    Puree ( Onion + Tomato + Cashue)
    • 1 Bay Leaf
    • 2 Eachi
    • 2 Clove
    • 1 Chutki Dal Chinni
    • 1 Onions choped
    • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
    • 2 Tomatoes choped
    • 10 /12 grm Cashue nuts
    • Oil for saute and grind into mixer
    Gravy
    • 2 tsp Butter + 1tsp Oil
    • 1/2 tsp Haldi
    • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
    • 1 tsp Kasturi Methi
    • 1 Dhaniya
    • Salt according to taste
    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • Puree(Onion Tomato Cashew)
    • 100 ml Cream
    • Thoda Water
