Daal Makhni

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup sabut Urad Dal
- 0.5 cup Rajma
- Water for soaking
- 6 cups Water (for pressure cooking)cup
- Salt to taste
- 2-4 tbsp ghee in pan
- 2 tej patta
- 2 elachi
- 2 clove
- 1 tsp jeera
- 4 large tomatoes chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tsp Butter with 1 tsp Ghee
- 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2tsp Coriander Powder
- Kasuri Methi
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (or as per your spice level)
- Salt to taste
- Add paste (Tomato and online )
- 2 cup water (or as required)
- 4 tbsp fresh Cream (or as required)
- 2 tbsp Ghee / clarified Butter
- pinch Hing
- 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
