Lauki Kofta

Ingredients
- ½ Lauki / Bottel Gourd
- ¼ cup Besan / Gram Flour
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Turmeric / Haldi
- ½ tsp Lal Mirch powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala powder
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 2 Tomato (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds / jeera
- ½ tsp Turmeric / Haldi
- 1 tsp Lal Mirch powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Malai /Cream
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- ½ tsp Garam Masala/optional
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 cup Water/Lauki Water
