Ingredients

    • ½ Lauki / Bottel Gourd
    • ¼ cup Besan / Gram Flour
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ tsp Turmeric / Haldi
    • ½ tsp Lal Mirch powder
    • ½ tsp Baking Soda
    • ¼ tsp Garam Masala powder
    • Oil for deep frying
    • 2 tsp Oil
    • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
    • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    • 2 Tomato (finely chopped)
    • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds / jeera
    • ½ tsp Turmeric / Haldi
    • 1 tsp Lal Mirch powder
    • 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tsp Malai /Cream
    • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
    • ½ tsp Garam Masala/optional
    • 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
    • 2 cup Water/Lauki Water
