Ingredients

    • 250 gm Pumpkin peeled and cut into bite sized cubes
    • And fry in Mustard Oil
    • 250 gm Tomato puree
    • 4 tsp Oil
    • 1 bay Leaf
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • ¼ tsp Methi
    • 1 pinch Hing
    • ¼ tsp Saunf
    • 2 pc Red chilli (slit)
    • 1 tsp Ginger paste
    • 600 grams pumpkin / kaddu (cubed)
    • ¼ tsp Turmeric
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    • 2 tsp Malai
    • ½ tsp Coriander powder
    • ½ tsp Garam masala
    • ¾ tsp Salt
    • ½ cup Water
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp Aamchoor
    • 2 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
