Pethe Ki Sabji

Ingredients
- 250 gm Pumpkin peeled and cut into bite sized cubes
- And fry in Mustard Oil
- 250 gm Tomato puree
- 4 tsp Oil
- 1 bay Leaf
- 1 tsp Jeera
- ¼ tsp Methi
- 1 pinch Hing
- ¼ tsp Saunf
- 2 pc Red chilli (slit)
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 600 grams pumpkin / kaddu (cubed)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Malai
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Aamchoor
- 2 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
