Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

    • 3 medium Potatoes (boiled and meshed)
    • 1/2 cup Green Peas (frozen + boiled)
    • 2 large Onion, chopped
    • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 4 large Tomatoes, chopped
    • 2 medium size chopped Capsicum
    • 2 green Chilly chopped
    • 1½ tsp Red Chili Powder (or less)
    • 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
    • 1 tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
    • 2 tsp Kasuri Methi
    • 2 tsp Readymade Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
    • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tsp Oil + 2 tsp Butter
    • Water 1 glass or acc to consistency
    • Butter for serving also
    • 2 tsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves
    • 8 Pav Buns, for serving
